Formerly farmhouse now house; early C19. Rubble sandstone walls,
Kerridge stone-slate roof with single stone chimney to left.
2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay front. Dressed stone quoins. Windows
with pointed heads containing wooden casements with fixed Gothick
tracery above. Doorway with pointed cement surround, containing
5-panelled door and fanlight. Similar windows in sides and rear.
