Early C17, brick, part limewashed, part stucco lined and painted, mainly rectangular range. Two storeys and attics. Pantile roof. Interior: Hollybank wide doors, one with two fielded panels, cupboard with shaped shelves and half dome. No 3 winding stair, two-panel bolection moulded doors.

The Normans, Well House and Hollybank House, and Nos 1-2, and 3 to 5 Standard Cottages and Standard House form a group.
