House, C18 or earlier. Roughly-coursed, thick, sandstone rubble walls, with
left end rendered. Stone-flagged roof. Two storeys, two windows. Modern door
under slightly-projecting drip-lintel. Small casements and a Yorkshire sash,
the ground-floor left window under through drip. Windows are in old openings
except for ground-floor right which is an enlarged fire window. End chimneys
with dripstones.
