House. c1835. Brick with stone dressings and gabled and hipped
slate roofs. Moulded wooden eaves, 2 coped gables, single
ridge stack. 2 storeys; 2 window range of plain sashes. Square
plan. Below, central beaded 6-panel door flanked by single
glazing bar sashes. Right side, to Millgate, has similar
fenestration, the lower left window being a dummy. To right,
single storey addition with parapet and moulded coping. All
the openings have multi keystoned lintels.
