Farmhouse and two cottages, now three houses. Early C18. Pebble dash render with painted ashlar dressings; irregular plinth; stone-flagged roofs. L-plan. Two storeys, four and three wide bays. Left part Emmerson Cottage has glazed door in surround of chamfered alternate blocks, stepped with diagonal joint at corners; plain stone surround to ground floor right window and four first-floor square windows. Two cottages, 'The Cottages', at right have paired renewed doors in tooled stone surrounds between second and third bays; tooled stone lintels to three windows on each floor. Steeply-pitched roof of left part has end chimneys; right part has ridge and right end chimneys, all square with top string. Rear one-storey, four bay pent extension to right part. Rear wing to left part now a separate house, Muschamp House.

Interior: left part has early C18 panelled wall in ground floor with cupboard at left under keyed round architrave; two-panel door at right in pedimented doorcase with carved finial.
