Farmhouse. Dated IMH/1680. Coursed and squared large stone blocks; clay tile roof with coped verges; coursed and squared stone ridge stack to east of centre. H-plan with lobby-entry; in the local vernacular style.

South front: two storeys and attic; 1:1:1 bays, gables to set-back centre with shaped kneelers and to flanking wings, all capped by a ball finial; chamfer mullioned windows in rebated surrounds with straight hood moulds, attic windows have two lights, ground floor right has five lights, the others have four lights, the ground and first floor windows to right and centre have been restored and have had their sills lowered; door to right of centre; projecting gabled porch to left with coped verges on shaped kneelers capped by a ball finial, three-light chamfer mullioned window in south wall and door to right hand return with cambered doorway and dated lintel decorated with foliage.

North front: two storeys and attic; 1:1:1 bays; gables to set back centre and flanking wings all capped by ball finial; chamfer mullioned windows in rebated surrounds, those to left hand wing have three lights on ground floor, four lights on first floor and two lights at attic level, those to centre have four lights on ground and first floors and two lights at attic level, those to right hand wing have two lights at ground floor level left (blocked) first floor level right and at attic level, three lights at ground floor level right and four lights at first floor level left.

Interior: all original roof trusses survive consisting of raking struts extending from a tie beam to the principals, trenched purlins and ridge piece.
