Farmhouse. C16 with late C17 alterations and addition. Timber framed with brick infill, red brick (English bond) addition and repairs; plain tile roof; brick ridge stack and integral end stack. L-shaped plan; principal range aligned north-south facing east with extension-wing to the north-east aligned east-west.
East front. One storey and attic; projecting gabled wing to the left with raised roof verge and central stack flanked by ground floor two-light mullioned windows and attic single-light windows with brick dripstone bands; principal range to the left has a boarded door to the left and casement to the right each with segmental head, and a central blocked two-light mullioned window; two gabled dormers to right hand of principal range and one to the left hand return of the wing. Rear wall and north gable of principal range have exposed square panel timber framing with tension braces, and queen strut roof truss.
