2 houses. Early C19. Sandstone rubble with some quoins; stone-flagged roof.
2 storeys, 4 windows and left pent extension of one storey, one window. Boarded
doors under thin wood lintels between each pair of windows, that at right with
2-light casement to right of door. Most other windows are horizontal sliding
sashes of 6 and 3 panes, all under thin wood lintels. 16-pane and 12-pane
sashes to left of doors, the 12-pane with flat stone lintel and projecting stone
sill. Small end chimneys and thin flat central stack. MILL COTTAGE painted on
lintel of left door.
