GV II

2 houses. Probably c.1863 by Teulon. Coursed, roughly-squared sandstone with
ashlar and yellow brick dressings and quoins; roofs of mixed blue and green
slates; stone chimneys, one with red brick coping. 2 storeys, 5 bays and one-
storey, one-bay left extension set back.

Partly-glazed door in second bay under segmental brick arch; flat stone lintel
over door in right end bay. Wide segmental-headed ground-floor windows in other
bays, one 3-light and one with glazing bars and central wood mullion; 3 narrower
first-floor windows with similar heads, all with brick jambs. Long front gable
over first bay has 2 small lancets in peak; smaller gables over 2 other windows.
Set-back extension has wide stone lintel over C20 window. Brick quoins.
Steeply-pitched roof, half-hipped over extension; chimneys at ridge in second
bay and at front, diagonally-set with central shaft, between 2 smaller gables.
