Circa 1830 large stucco villa of 2 and 3 storeys due to sloping site.
Possibly enlargement of earlier structure as rear wall is of stone rubble
and brick. Some alterations and modernisation. Low pitch hipped slate

floor balcony and 1st floor balcony (as verandah on 2 storey south side).
The supports have been renewed. 3 storey west front has irregular fenestration.
3 windows 2nd floor 2 on 1st floor, flush framed pointed Gothic casements
and a canted bay on 2nd floor of 3 round headed lights, taller to front,
with delicate marginal and intersecting glazing. Entrance recessed to
left on 1st floor balcony: door of 4 panels, 2 glazed, side lights and
pointed fanlight. Ground floor garages formerly stables. 2 storey south
front has 2 later French windows to both floors. On this front the east
