End of terrace house incorporating carriage entry. c1830-40 Eyre Estate
development. Stucco with rusticated ground floor; slate roof. Dressed with
giant order. 3 storeys. 3 windows wide, centre blind. Square headed doorway
next to carriage entry on right. Recessed sashes in architraves with cornices
on consoles to outer bays on 1st floor and pilaster frame to central blind
window. Dentil cornice over ground floor from which giant Corinthian pilasters
rise to main cornice and blocking course.
