House, now house and 2 shops. Mid C18, remodelled mid C19. Limestone, now
stuccoed, with C19 plain tile roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with
attic. First floor is a 2-window range of C19 canted wooden bays with sash
windows. Ground floor is a C19 shop front of 5 lights with decorated cast-iron
colonettes between lights; end lights are canted. Part-glazed doors to right of
centre and left. Panelled door to far left. Fascia over with scroll frieze. Pair
of gabled roof dormers with sash windows and bargeboards and brick stacks at
ends with remains of raised bands. C19 and C20 extensions to rear. Interior has
spine beams and pine panelled shop.
