Pair of single-cell cottages, c.1700. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof.
3 storeys. Each has doorway with tie-stone jambs and chamfered surround and 4-
light double chamfered mullioned window to each floor, the windows progressively
reduced in height. Ground floor window to No.37 is unfortunately altered with
segmental bow window c.1980. Quoins to left hand end partly obscured by No. 35
(q.v.). Moulded gutter brackets. Coped gable to left hand end only with
kneelers and stack. One other stack to ridge.
