Row of 4 estate worker's cottages, now 3 dwellings. Early C19, probably by
Peter Atkinson (York) based on a plan by John Carr for Edward Lascelles,
1st Earl of Harewood. Punch-dressed, herringbone-tooled stone, stone slate
roof. 4 single cells, double-depth. 8 first-floor windows. Plinth, quoins.
Each has doorway with overlight, monolithic jambs on plinths to one side of
windows with flush plain-stone surrounds with 16-pane Yorkshire sashes, some
altered. Eaves band. Hipped roof with 2 ridge stacks.
