Symmetrical terrace of pseudo-detached and semi-detached houses. 1847-51. John
Barnett. Stock brick and stucco. Three storeys and basement. Each house three
windows wide including recessed bay linking with adjacent houses. Stucco to ground
floor and basement. Round headed windows with architraves and archivolt bands to
ground floor. Stone balconies with low cast iron trellis balustrades. Cornice over
ground floor. First and top storey windows with architrave surrounds and cornices.
Cill bands to top storey. Modillioned cornice and blocking course. Porches to outer
bays, approached by steps. Round headed panelled doors. Forms part of unified scheme
with Nos 1-8, 14-24 and 42-54 inclusive.
