Early-mid C19 3-bay villa of 2 storeys and attic. Large proportions. Stock brick
with stucco frieze, cornice and blocking course. Slated mansard with 3 dormer
windows, the outer ones tripartite. Tall end walls have stucco coping. Stuccoed
ground floor to 1st floor band. 1st floor sash windows under gauged brick arches.
Ground floor long casements in moulded architraves with detached cornices. Central
Doric porch in antis. Modern glazed door. Graded partly for important situation
overlooking common.
