Late C18 with alterations. Four storeys and basement, three windows. Stock brick with stone coped parapet. Later wood cornice at third floor level. Gauged flat brick arches to replaced sash windows, some with glazing bars. One-bay right entrance extension with C20 doorway. Included for group value.

The Church of St Thomas forms a group with Nos 1 to 17 (consec).
