Former farmhouse. Dated 1716, altered. Coursed and dressed sandstone
rubble, slate roofs. Main range aligned north-east/south-west, facing
south-east, with cross-wing to north-east, entrance in main range
toward angle with cross-wing, main axial stack and further stack to
cross-wing. Two storeys, gable lit attic and basement. Two windows
to main range; glazing bar sashes throughout with flat arches, one
window range to south-west face of cross-wing and range of windows to
gable end, 6-panelled door to entrance with flat arch and date 1716
with decorative scroll motifs; these duplicated in keystones of windows.
Steps down to basement doorway with elliptical head in gable end of
cross-wing. North-east return has traces of two blocked 3-light
mullioned windows and mullioned 2-light cellar window.
