Family vault: part railed enclosure to wall with memorials and, central
chest tomb Mid- and late C18. Sandstone ashlar.
Rectangular plan enclosure with low ashlar wall to north, south and east,
higher ashlar wall to west with central pedimented inscription panel
flanked by scrolls, shells and further scrolls, central semi-circular
headed niche below flanked by smaller square-headed niches. Inscription
panel reads "Impentis/ Thomes Gwillim Armigeret/ Elizabae uxoris suae
AD 1744". Central rectangular plan chest tomb, moulded plinth and capping
with elaborate scrolled foliage ornament flanking inset white marble
inscription panel, convex corner piers with gadrooning below capping.
Commemorates Elizabeth Stuart, wife of ThoMas Gwillim; inscription with
lengthy dedication to Elizabeth Stuart.
