7/42 Jolliver Tree Cottage

G.V. II

House. Probably C17 or early C18. Roughcast stone with slate roof. 2 storeys,
3 bays. Windows are sashed, most with single glazing bars and horns, but that
to 3rd bay of ground floor has vertical glazing bars. Entrance has wide-boarded
door. Corbelled gable-end stack has round shaft. Rear has gabled wing with
gable-end stack and outshut under catslide roof to left return; window with
small-paned fixed glazing and opening light. Interior not inspected but said to
have wide-boarded studded doors and fireplace with bread oven.
