Late C18 to early C19. Built of grey headers with red brick window dressings,
quoins, stringcourses, cornice and parapet. Slate roof. Three storeys and
attics, 3 windows. Sashes with glazing bars intact. Bay added to the east
window of 1st floor. Two dormers. Doorcase with fluted pilasters and pediment
supported on brackets approached up a flight of 4 stone steps with a curved
wall either side and iron lamp holder over.
