1847. A C Bean. Symmetrical semi-detached pair, forming part of unified scheme with
Nos 1 to 27 Kensington Gate. Stucco faced. Each 3 storeys with basements. Similar to
Nos 2 and 3, 14 and 15, and 16 and 17. Rusticated ground floors and quoins, Ionic
portico, modillion cornice, with square towers above. Balustrade to porch of roof.
Cast iron area railings. Unspoilt condition.
