Set well back from street, reached by drive. Large house of about 1840.
Two storeys. Stuccoed. The main front faces the sea. It consists of
two blocks, the West one projecting. Three windows in each block.
Stringcourse. Eaves cornice. Glazing bars missing. Chief feature is
trellised iron verandah at the East end of the front with glass roof.
Between this and the projecting wing is a porch of solid type with
balustraded parapet over it. The East of entrance front has a porch
with coupled fluted column and plain pilaster. To the South of this
is a bay window, on ground floor only, with glazing bars intact. To
the South of this is an additional wing of one window width with gable
over and projecting bay on the ground and first floors.
