Circa 1830. Three storeys rendered brick, plinth and basement. Bands
between storeys. Low pitch gable end slate roof, eaves concealed by
cornice and blocking course. Three windows, the first and second floors
in slightly recessed panels, narrow in centre, giving pilaster effect.
Windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars intact, block sills. Enclosed porch
with round headed windows either side, one blind. Recessed double
glazed and panelled doors. Semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing
bars. Architrave surround. Flanking Doric pilasters and 1/4 pilasters
to wall, frieze and cornice over. A box bay in wood has been added above
on first floor. Side windows fixed with glazing bars panelling above
and to sides. To front sash window with glazing bars, moulded frame,
flanking panelled pilasters and panelled aprons. North front has been
modernised but retains shallow bow and part of first floor cast iron
balcony.
