Late C18/early C19. Situated north of The Cottage at end of a yard flanked
by stables and gun room/wash house buildings. Small red brick building with
hipped thatched roof with very wide eaves raised over the corners. One storey
and attic. One central eyebrow dormer. Three bays. Central door with window
either side.
