Dated 1843. Small stone Jacobean style house with Collyweston stone roof,
gables with coping and with shaped kneelers. Asymmetrical. Two storeys.
Ovolo moulded stone mullion windows with lozenge panes and cornices.
Loggia with turned wooden columns and pierced and shaped brackets. Canted
bay. Tall stair window. Gabled semi-dormers. Gabled wooden canopy over
garden seat on south side with pendant and strapwork. Lead drain pipes with
ornate hoppers, chimney stacks with ashlar shafts with cornices.
