Terrace house. c.1685 refaced mid to late C.18 and with C.19 alteration to
ground floor. Multi-coloured stock brick with stuccoed ground floor,
concealed roof. 4 storeys. 3 windows wide. Ground floor has doorway to
right with architrave and pediment, panelled door and patterned fanlight,
display window later C.19 with fascia. Upper floors have recessed glazing
bar sashes under flat gauged arches. Stucco string course over ground
floor, parapet with stone coping. Interior retains a number of original
late C.17 features with dog leg closed string turned baluster staircase and
panelling with box cornices etc.
