Pair of cottages. C17 origins, with later reworking and additions. Timber
framed construction with red brick casing. Clay tile roof. 4-room plan, LH
room being a later brick addition, One storey and attics. Ground floor has 3
3-light casements and one 2-light casement, 4 gabled dormers with 2-light
casements to attic. Windows partly leaded, partly with glazing bars. Plank
door to each cottage, RH one in line with double red brick ridge stack. Red
brick integral stack to S gable end.
