1908. Believed to be by Lutyens. A group of cottages for estate workers, in 3
blocks, set around a central garden. Wooden arch with date and name over gate
gives access to brink path leading to stone trough at end. Roughcast facades with
tiles roofs and tile hung gable ends. 1½ storeys, 2 windows and 1 gabled dormer
each. Early C19 style casements with glazing bars. Centre doors. The centre
block which faces the entrance, has large centre gable with sundial below.
The Kings Huts form a group with the associated, paths trough and wooden arch.
