This house has a C16 core, but the main elevations date from the mid C18. Red
brick with stone dressings and stringcourse. Hipped slate roof. Windows in
architrave surrounds with glazing bars intact. Rusticated stone doorway. Blocked
C16 window to cellar. 2 storeys and attic. 5 windows. 3 hipped dormers. At the
north end is an early C19 addition on ground floor only of 2 windows with curved
north front. At the south end is an early C19 wing of lower elevation in stone
with red brick dressings and quoins. 2 storeys. 7 windows. Early C17 staircase
inside.
