House, attached farm building (possibly shelter shed or byre) and gate pier.
Early C19 with later alterations. Limestone rubble with stone dressings, hipped
slate roof to house, pitched slate roof to farm building. House of 2 storeys and
2 windows, ground floor has door to left in plain ashlar surround, 12-pane sash to
right in similar surround; first floor has 2-light casement to left and 12-pane
sash to right in similar surrounds; rusticated plinth, band course, corner
pilasters at each side to full height of building. Remains of derelict outhouse
attached to right; attached to left a single storey building with 3 segmental-
headed doors, 2 small window openings and one opening to eaves height with C20
glazed doors, lias rubble plinth, pilaster to left; left return has cart entry
covered with corrugated iron and loading door above, corner pilaster acting as
gate pier, similar pier to west with hipped top. Rear has 2 small window openings
at ground floor, 8-pane sash to left, unglazed to right, both in plain stone
surrounds, central first floor 12-pane sash as on front, corner pilasters. In
poor condition at time of survey (September 1984).
