Former stables and coach-house, now house. Late C18. Painted
brick with ashlar dressings; coursed rubble tufa to rear;
asbestos cement slate roof. Rectangular block with attic; older
2-storey part at east end. Front: centre breaks forward; windows
1:1:1 are rounded-headed glazing bar sashes within round-headed
arcading linked by plain band at impost level and with keystone on
outer 2 bays. Small-paned casement and C20 door both with timber
lintels in extension to right. West end: 2 doorways with brick
flat arches, blocked on right. Keyed oculus above with small
round-arched light having glazing bars above. Scattered mixed sash
fenestration to rear. Linked by outbuildings to Ferney Hill
(q.v.).
