House. c1835. Brick with ashlar dressings; hipped slate roof
with 3 brick stacks. Double-depth plan. Georgian style. 3
storeys; 3-window range. 1st floor sill band and top cornice
and blocking course. Central round-headed entrance has Tuscan
aedicule, boarded. Late C19 rectangular timber bay window to
left end; other windows have sills, and rubbed brick flat
arches over 12-pane sashes, but some are boarded; some
remaining 6-pane sashes to 2nd floor. Left end has lantern to
angle. 3-window returns; mid C19 ground floor projection to
right return, right half projecting further, with cornice and
blocking course. Rear garden front 4-window range; entrance to
left of centre has timber porch with paired slender columns,
trellis sides, boarded door.
