Farmhouse. Early C18 extended to right by 1 bay and parallel
range added to rear in early C19. Built of red brick in
Flemish bond. Original house has deep stone rubble plinth,
extension has brick plinth. Originally an end chimneystack
house of 5 bays and 2 storeys and attics, now 6:3 windows.
Casement windows. Ground floor are in cambered heads to
original part. Gabled brick weatherporch to original centre
with round-headed arches to front and sides and built in
seats. Rear wing has casement windows to 1st floor, French
windows to ground floor and later gabled weatherporch.
Interior of oldest part has chamfered spine beam, fireplace
with cambered brick arch and stick staircase.
