Pair of estate cottages now 1 house. Probably circa 1840 and extended late C19.
Shale rubble with granite dressings and steep gabled Delabole slate roofs with axial
stone stacks and grouped diagonally set brick shafts. Double depth under double
span roof with 2 rooms per cottage plus small rooms in single storey wing. 2
storeys. South front of pair of gables to left (the older part) and wing to right.
Each gable has central 3-light ground floor mullioned window with hoodmould and
wooden sashes; 2-light granite mullioned window over with wooden sashes and shaped
and pierced wooden bargeboards with finials and pendants. Wing to right set back
with small gable over 3-light bay window, alto with ornate shaped and pierced
bargeboards.
Interior not inspected.
