Includes No. 2 Wellington Fields. Pair of houses.c.l840's.
Stucco with hipped slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays to each
house, end bays break forward. Top cornice deeper over
central bays with modillions and paterae; rusticated quoins.
Ground floor windows have flat architraves, those to end
bays project; those to central bays have quoined reveals and
cornices. 1st floor windows have label moulds. Entrances
to returns are round-headed, with flat surrounds and
cornices; 4-panelled doors, No. 2 Wellington Avenue has
casements; No. 2 Wellington Fields has sashes with glazing
bars, tripartite sash to projecting window.
