House, now office. c1830 with late C20 addition. Stuccoed
brick; tile roof with brick stacks. Double-depth plan.
Picturesque style. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window range.
Double-span roof with gables to front; decorative bargeboards
with finial to each gable and paired finials to valley.
Entrance has doorcase with panelled pilaster strips, bracketed
canopy, narrow overlight to 6-fielded-panelled door. Windows
have wooden casements of 2 Tudor-headed lights with
hollow-chamfered mullions. Cross-axial stack to left, return
lateral stack to right. Left return has modillioned brick
cornice and C20 single-storey addition. Right return has area
wall with segmental-headed entrance. Rear has C20 entrance
with pentice attached to addition; two 1st floor windows have
8/12-pane sashes.
