House, now hotel. Late C18-early C19, altered mid C20.
Stuccoed brick with slate roof. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys and basement; 3-window range. Ground-floor moulded
cornice above a left-hand flat-arched vehicular passage, and a
lower cornice above the former shop-front with a left-hand
doorway and mid C20 plate-glass window; blind middle windows
above, flanked by first-floor 6/6-pane sashes and 3/6-pane
second-floor sashes.
INTERIOR altered. Connected internally to No.21 and 23 (qv).
