Farmhouse. Probably mid C18 extended C19. Rendered cob and brick with corrugated
metal roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys, 2-window range of casements with
C20 door and glazed porch to left. Brick stack at ridge. One unit C19 brick
extension to right. One-unit extension to rear has catslide roof. Included as an
example of cob construction.
