Detached Farmhouse. c1700;. Brick walls, in irregular bonding with a chamfered stone plinth. Plain tile roof with stone gable-copings. Tall brick stacks at left and right gables. Two storeys.Three windows, four-light stone mullions (ovolos). Ground floor windows, renewed. Continuous label over ground floor windows, stepped up over front door. Separate labels to first floor. Front doorway at centre, with a square head slightly chamfered. One oval window, to each side of doorway Door with twelve recess panels, C20. Continuous outshut at rear.

Interior: open fireplace, in right hand room, stone jambs (right hand) has a chamfered post supporting a chamfered wooden lintel over. Open fireplace in left hand room, with a depressed-arch stone lintel. Bread oven in left jamb. Ceiling beams are mid-chamfered and deep-chamfered with tongued and filleted stops.
