SY 49 NE ALLINGTON

4/4 Colly Farmhouse

Farmhouse, early C18 with C19 and later extensions. Coursed squared
rubble walls. Thatch roof with gable ends. 2 brick stacks at left
hand and right hand gables. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 3 light wooden case-
ments. Front door at centre with C20 stone porch. C19 extension at left
hand in Vernacular style,with gable end to south, of 2 storeys, one gable
width. Attached stable at far left hand under a slate roof. Interior of
farmhouse: 2 open fireplaces with brick jambs and chamfered wooden lintels
over.
