House, and part of school, largely early C19 but with earlier core, coursed rubble
with stone tiled roof. To the left, a 4-centred arched doorway (probably C19
gothick) and a 3-light casement with quoins and key, then a straight-joint indicates
2 different builds, and right of it, is the new door. Beyond another straight
joint is a 2-light casement window to each floor with quoins and keystones, and
gothick tracery in the lower. Coped gables. Adjoining on the left are 3 bays
belonging to the School. A tall single storey, with chamfered timber lintels
to 12-light sash windows. Gable end stacks. Bell on middle gable wall.
