Chest tomb. c1841. Ashlar. Greek sarcophagus with tapering sides supported
by claw feet at corners under flat canopy supported on four Tuscan columns,
shallow ridged and hipped top. South side: "In the vault beneath/ are
deposited the remains of/ Robert James Carr D D/ Lord Bishop of Worcester/
who departed this life/ April 24th 1841/ in the 67th year of his age".
