Cl7 and C18 cottage of 3 bays. C19 lean-to to north and modern extension to west.
Timber-framed, rendered and brick. Thatched roof hipped to west. C18 ridge stacks
to east and west. One storey and attics. Three dormers, one to west gabled. Three
horizontal sliding sashes at ground floor. Pantiled lean-to at rear. Interior.
One bay, now the kitchen, survives of original C17 cottage. The original chamfered
main beam and part of one truss are visible. The 2 bays to the east are narrower
and of the C18. The framing is slender and has long straight bracing. Side purlin
roof.
