8/103 The Retreat

GV II

Attached House. Early C19. Rubble stone walls, re-pointed, with
brick quoins at right hand corner. Clay tile and stone slab
(eaves) roof, with stone gable-copings. Brick stacks at each
gable. 2 storeys. 2 windows, sashes with glazing-bars, renewed,
C20. Gauged brick window heads. Front door at left hand ground,
wood with flush panels and glass lights, early C19. Reeded door-
surround and bracketed wooden canopy over.
