Detached house. Mid C18. Red brick walls in Flemish bond. Dog-tooth brick cornice. Rubble-stone gable walls. Plain tile roof. C20 brick stacks at each gable. Two storeys and attics. Five windows, sashes with glazing-bars. Recess wooden frames and wooden cills. Gauged brick voussoirs and projecting stone keys, painted white. Venetian centre upper window. Two C20 dormers with tiled hipped roofs. Front door at centre, with six fielded panels. Fanlight with glazing-bars and fluted pilaster framing. Leaded wooden canopy over, carried on wooden brackets. Stone rear range with tile roof. Tall C20 brick stack at ridge. Two storeys. Two windows, C20 wooden casements.
