Probably C16. Timber-framed cottage with whitewashed stone and brick walls.
Thatched roof with half hipped ends, the south gable is weatherboarded.
Two exposed posts suggest cruck construction but there is no internal evidence
of cruck trusses, the trusses are post and tie beam type with spine beams
and wind braces exposed. One storey and attic. Three window range. Two
and 3-light casements with glazing bars. Two attic casements above eaves
within the thatched roof. Brick chimney stack off centre.
