House. C16 timber framed, one bay house with early C19, red
brick, gable end to street. Old tile steep pitched roof. 2
storeys. Weatherboarded N front has central, early C19 door with
reeded surround and flat hood on consoles. Ground and 1st floor
leaded casements. Street front has Ground floor, 8/8 sash and
1st floor, 6/6 sash. Early C20 shop front with large horizontal
sash windows in C17 timber frame, lean-to addition on south.
Higher roofed extension at rear. Interior has substantial
exposed timber frame walls and partitions.
