Stable block. Circa 1726-9, contemporary with the house. Long
red brick range with slightly projecting, pedimented, central
archway and projecting wings. Old tiled hipped roof. Dentilled
brick eaves and chequered brick floor band. W side has 2 pairs
of windows with rubbed brick lintels each side of centre, filled
in early C19 and given hinged, top ventilators. Small round
light in pediment. Rear elevation has original dummy windows.
Central wrought iron weathervane on tall wooden pedestal.
