with deep eaves with shaped brackets and moulded cast-iron gutters. Stacks

behind the left hand room and kitchen behind the right hand room.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrically 3-window front. Original 12-pane
sashes with small horns. Central round-headed doorway with a semi-circular
fanlight with spiders web glazing bars, a late C20 glazed door and a late
C20 porch with tent-shaped canopy on timber posts.
The right hand return elevation has a symmetrical 2-window range of similar
sashes, except that the ground floor right has been replaced with a garden
door. The left hand side has a tall 15-pane stair sash to the left (rear)
and a late C19 or early C20 lean-to conservatory to the right. At the back

stick balusters and a moulded and mahogany hand rail ramped up to column
newels and wreathed over a twisted iron curtain newel.
